The Aviary is located in the penthouse suite above Café Van Cinq and serves handcrafted cocktails, wines & beers, as well as zero-alcohol, gluten free & vegan options, as well as posh tea & great coffee too!
We are open from 5:30pm Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights till late.

Our highly trained team is experienced in the sale of alcohol and cocktail making. The workshops we offer are relaxed events which showcase the skills and techniques needed to become a mixology wizard. We can offer various packages to suit your group and they include all the alcohol and dinner for your guests.
Perfect for birthdays, hen/stag parties, anniversaries, special occasions, or work events. We can also bring the cocktail workshop to you!

Cocktail Making Masterclass
Standard Itinerary at £85 per head
Suitable for a minimum of 6 people and a maximum of 12 – spanning approximately 3 hours.
Our expert mixologists will take you through the following:
- A comic introduction to the mixology team here to teach you.
- A deep dive into the history of cocktails - where and how it all began.
- A briefing on alcohol and the law
- Learning about essential mixology equipment and spirits
- Learn about classic and modern cocktails with plenty of tasting along the way.
- Tasting our favourite cocktails
- A 20 min break featuring a selection of luxurious grazing platters.
- Continuing the cocktail journey with more drinks and entertaining stories.
- Finally a cocktail creating competition or quiz to win prizes
